Just a nice easy 10 miles to reach my highest mile week.  I am thrilled and I will be lucky to hit 50 next week with a vacation out of town.

Hi Rich, Thanks for the comment. This week I have to get them in early. With trying to hit 90 mile weeks I try my best to space it at 13 per day. It is probably a good thing that you have the vacation. My first 100 mile week put me out of commission for awhile. It is a nice thing to have in your back pocket though during the last miles of a marathon. Whenever I struggle I just think this is nothing, what's another mile when I ran 100 back whenever (at least that is what I try and tell myself...).
