Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

Today I actually felt like I was about 80% of normal amazing only 4 days after marathon day.  I have just got to keep it going easy, but I am excited.  I only wish I knew I had another race I was looking forward to.  I am thinking about Snow Canyon 1/2 but I am not sure.

You are looking good. I'm not going to run anything more this year, just going to try to keep some fitness, but cut back a bit and do some cross training for stregth.
