Finally Broke the 2:50 Barrier,  Now just to achieve the 2:45 goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

We had a really fun run today down the Provo river trail starting at Treefoil ranch.  Nice easy training run, boy it was cold at the top.
