Finally Broke the 2:50 Barrier,  Now just to achieve the 2:45 goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

Easy slow training run.  It got progressively colder and windier as the morning went on.  I was glad to be done.  I felt really slow.
