I have been really struggling with running lately.  The last 6 months have been extremely difficult with running.  I really struggled with endurance in my last 2 marathons then in November I pulled my hamstring and I can't seem to get over it.  I can't tell you how hard it is for me to be away from it.  I really miss blogging but I try not to think about running because I miss it so bad.  I ran this morning for 2.5 miles and I was slow and it hurt the whole time.  I don't know how to treat it.  Last week I ran 2 times for a total of 5.5 miles and after a week off it hurt just as bad today.  Anyone that has suggestions, I would really appreciate it.  I hope that my good running days are not over.  I appreciate all the good friends I have met on the blog for sure.
