Finally Broke the 2:50 Barrier,  Now just to achieve the 2:45 goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

Today begins anew for me, my life and my running!  I am determined to run longer, farther, faster.  As life has been more stressful I have backed off of running over that past 6 months and it has done nothing but make things harder.  Miles, miles and more miles that helps me find happiness.  I strive to achieve balance in my life through faith, work, family and running.  I hope and pray I can get back on the road, stay healthy and run for many years to come.  I have appreciated all the friends on the blog from the past and hope to see you soon.  I will try to blog regularly as a motivation for myself to journal my achievements.  I hope I can be ready to run the St. George Marathon in October.  See you all on the pavement.
