| I logged 8 miles today in Orlando where I didn't know where i was going to go and kinda got lost too. It was very warm and it was a pretty good workout. |

| I didn't run any miles today but I certainly deserve credit for miles we went to the airport at 4:30am and flew to Las Vegas and I drove home to Utah (about 5 1/2 hours). So that is a lot of miles. |

| I am struggling, I was really slow today and it was hard. I don't know if it is the heat or lack of water but I am having a hard time. I have to figure it out. |

| It wasn't easy, it nearly killed me doing 20 today. I can't say it was a real confidence boost. This run was nearly as difficult as some marathons have been for me. I have to start getting some confidence runs in. |

| I ran with a friend today that pushed me on speed and it felt good. I hope I am coming back into form. I plan to work my miles back in to the 80 an 90 mile range in the coming weeks. |
