Finally Broke the 2:50 Barrier,  Now just to achieve the 2:45 goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

Certainly fell off a little at the end, but not bad.  The second half is certainly tougher in this race.  The weaving through town definitely gets old.

Great job Rich! I didn't even realize you were running TOU. Looks like you went out much more reserved, which paid dividends.

Blog race predictor based on that time puts you at 2:48:33 for St. George.
