| Slowly recovering from going on a cruise and gaining weight. I have to rebound fast because I have a Marathon on the 7th of March. I also have a few pounds to shed. I was happy to be able to run 75 miles on the ship though. |

| I woke up with a sore foot today it felt a little sore yesterday but really sore today. I am kinda worried. |
