Finally Broke the 2:50 Barrier,  Now just to achieve the 2:45 goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

Ran an easy warm up this morning before running the 5k.  It was my second best 5k time.  I am still hoping to break 18 minutes in a 5k but today I didn't even break a 6 minute mile 6:03 , 6:13, 6:03.  I have to push myself more.
