6 Weeks after the cruise I finally return to the 160's in weight, it has been so slow.  I pushed much harder today to go faster and I did pretty good.  It was nice not to have the snow.  I wasn't as fast as I would hope but It was decent.   Tomorrow will be less miles and I will taper on the week end as I am running the Provo Half on Saturday.  Boston is fast approaching now --- 20 Days.

Hey Rich, great mileage week last week. Just curious, what's your typical training pace?

From Richard Borget on Tue, Mar 31, 2009 at 21:10:35 from 71.199.12.164

Easy pace is around 8 minutes
