Finally Broke the 2:50 Barrier,  Now just to achieve the 2:45 goal.

Run 50 Marathons before I turn 50 years old, keep times under 3 hours.  Dream of hitting 2:30-2:45 speed range.

No, No Deseret News this year. I have a church activity that morning. So this month I have no marathon. I am hoping to participate in the Provo Rivertrail 1/2 Marathon on August 8th. I think I will be able to.
